Guys I did this for 3 months and the result is good I lost around 5 inches on my thighs and 3 inch on my lower belly i feel like doing only this wont give u quick results but it rly works ! Remember every body is different!! Dont give up❤❤

This is about day 7 for me. I’m not really noticing a difference, but it’s getting me in the habit of exercising a bit, so it’s still a win.

I need this. I have Osteoarthritis of both knees and Achilles Tendonitis of right ankle, so mobility challenged. I started my Day 1 but could only do have the counts. I'll continue and hopefully I'll be able to get further and further each day. Good luck everyone!

Ever since I was younger, even 6, I've had an issue with my body. The upper body is more built now but no matter what my lower belly down is fatty. I really hope this works. Day 1: made me sweat a little and was a bit challenging. I hope I slim out more, like my hips too.
