Puppy mouthing is a normal puppy behaviour, but it still hurts. I want to show you how to stop puppy nipping without using corrections! wonderful tips!! i think it's easy to underestimate just how much sleep these baby dogs need to function at their best & brightest. a nap can do wonders (especially for me!)

I’ve generally cheated with puppy nipping by either having 2 puppies together (not recommended😂) or owning their mothers or getting them to my home when they are at least 6 months old

I've heard/read that when a puppy bites you, yelp softly or say "ow" and withdraw your hands behind your back; then, when the puppy stops, you can resume giving them attention and repeat this until the puppy connects biting=withdraw from affection. I'm sure you've heard this strategy before, so what do you think of it, or what has your experience been with it? I'm just curious and would love to hear your opinion!

P.S. I've been pet-sitting a puppy for my neighbor, and she has a really bad habit of following you and biting your heels/lower legs when you walk around. Would the three-strike rule work for this, too? Thanks!!
