Namaste mamas-to-be, this mindfulness prenatal meditation is the perfect practice to return to during those over-whelming emotional pregnant days.

The guided meditation and the simple relaxation techniques I will be teaching you in this yoga video will be helpful for reducing stress and anxiety plus worry and fear about what changes are to come regarding parenting and childbirth.

I’m 19 weeks! This was a surprise pregnancy after little to no chances of becoming pregnant. I’m 40 and have just picked up high blood pressure. In addition to meds this has helped me so much with lowering it and centering myself again. Thank you

I just found out I am pregnant for the 4th time. I have had 3 losses in the last 2 years, but was recently finally diagnosed with lupus and a clotting disorder. The doctors are confident I can now have a successful pregnancy with my new blood thinning medication. Thank you so much for this! To say I was stressed is an understatement. I will be doing this every day 🥰

I'm 26 weeks with my second and have chronic anxiety and ante natal depression, really enjoyed this meditation - it is so important to carve time out of the day to calm the mind and body, even with a 3 year old running around!

Thank you so much. I prayed for this baby my whole life and yet since conception i have been filled with anxiety. Struggling to feel calm and excited about an unlnown future.
This meditation has helped calm me so much. I love the birds in the background too. I am eager to build a beautiful bond with my baby and settle these fears through mindful relaxation and praying to god for his grace. ❤

I would like to say that its early morning & I’m not getting much sleep during pregnancy...i was so depressed these days.. nothing was ever making me happy...& now somehow i feel relaxed...i feel dozy & now can go back to sleep... wish me luck everyone to go through this pregnancy peacefully & to be happy 😃 have a good day

36 weeks pregnant and awake in the middle of the night with pre-baby jitters. This helped my anxiety so much. About to drift off to sleep as soon as I post this. Thank you.

I am a very very beginner in yoga and meditation. I also have complex-PTSD and am 29 weeks pregnant. I have incorporated this routine into my daily excersizes as the very last step to calm me down. I love this. ❤

Thank you so much for the beautiful meditation. I found out yesterday that I am pregnant for the first time and I have had a lot of emotions overflowing out of me. I watched this tonight (at 38 weeks & 2 days pregnant) while really anxious after a long day at the OB & hospital following some pregnancy concerns/complications. This is just what I needed. Perfect flow & very soothing voice - the calm in you really calmed me! Thank you :)
