Hello and welcome to the first trimester meditation. Pregnancy in the first trimester can be tiring and sometimes anxiety provoking but with these early pregnancy affirmations you will feel calm, relaxed and positive. Listen to this first trimester of pregnancy audio as often as you can during your first trimester. Pregnancy affirmations are powerful and the more you listen to positive pregnancy affirmations the more beneficial they will become. Before listening to this first trimester meditation, make sure you are in a quiet room, that you are comfortable and warm enough and will not be disturbed. The best time to listen to this first trimester meditation is before a nap or before going to bed at night. These affirmations are so helpful for my pregnancy after a miscarriage. I am very afraid of something going wrong again, but I don't want to hold onto that pain and fear. My baby and I deserve a joyful new experience.

I'm getting closer to the end of my first trimester. When I was 16 I had a miscarriage. The level of fear is unreal. But I try to embrace what is going on with my body and the baby now. This meditation hit me and I got very emotional. Lol just the thought of how much I love my little dancer made me cry just thinking about giving them their first bath at home, laying them down to sleep and waking up in the morning and giving my baby love. I have really been worried wether or not my body can handle it and I feel like the more I listen to this the more confident I will feel. Just over 10 weeks 💓💙

This is my first time pregnant and I want to stay as level headed as possible for my baby throughout this whole process and I’m currently 7 weeks, I stress about everything and this meditation has definitely helped a lot !

I appreciate this meditation so much. I do it first in the morning; before doing anything else. These affirmations remind me that I am building a human being; from cellular to completion. My body is miraculous; no matter what others say. Thank you for making these affirmations available without a charge attached. I appreciate being reminded to connect with my baby; to be gentle with myself and to be calm.
There is so much fear and anxiety that is thrown at pregnant woman; even from well meaning people. It's so incredibly helpful to be able to sit within our space and feel healthy and positive about the incredible experience we are undertaking .

This meditation is amazing, it eased my anxiety so much. This is my first time pregnant and I am only 5 weeks along. But this mediation made me realise that my body knows exactly what to do and that I am the healthiest I could be to support my baby. Will definitely be coming back to this meditation thank you xx

Today last year I found out I was pregnant & then suffered a miscarriage, fast forward a year later the very same day I found out I’m pregnant again . It’s normal to feel fear, and anxiety about going through another MC, but I as well as anyone else deserve to enjoy this pregnancy as it is a separate pregnancy & everything is going to be okay ❤️ we will have a healthy rainbow 🌈 baby & will cast away fear & doubt . Much love to everyone, and I wish happy & healthy pregnancies to everyone ♥️

Im most excited for my 2 year old to meet her little friend. Only 5 weeks now but trying to stay calm and positive after suffering a miscarriage 5 months ago likely due to stress. Encouraging myself that my baby is safe with me and to stay calm. Thank you for this video

I am pregnant for the first time and haven't seen the doc yet or anything like that (later this month) and losing the baby didn't even really occur to me. Until it did. I have anxiety and massive nausea and this meditation helped me connect with my baby for the first time and made me realize that my fear of losing them, is based in love! I don't want to ever give up this love! Thank you !

This meditation was fantastic, thank you. At the start of this video, ny breath was shallow and fast, I was having real bad anxiety. It's very early in my pregnancy and I just won't allow myself to enjoy it, my brain keeps scaring me into thinking something might happen.

But the end of it, I was full on sobbing from joy. I am really excited to introduce my baby to this world. I just want to be the best version of myself as possible so I can be a good role model for them. I kept thinking of my two grandmas and my partner's grandmas who have all passed away. All 4 of those women were so strong, sweet, and loved by many. They were some of the women who helped shaped my and my fiance's life and I wish they could be here to meet our baby. But the part of them that still exists within us will be passed on to our child and that is one reason why I can't wait to meet them.

Thank you so much Anja. The sweetest and most soothing voice. I am 10 weeks pregnant (my first pregnancy after years of ivf) and was calm, but now as 12th week scans approach, anxiety is building up. I know the Universe protects me but I can’t avoid anxiety. This is very helpful 🙏🏻

Thank you SO much for this! It helps to soothe my moods during this first pregnancy. My husband and I tried for 9 years and we just learned we’re pregnant. It’s been SO much joy but it feels SO unreal at the same time… it’s been a rollercoaster
