My five habits that changed my life and helped me lose over 100 pounds:
- not eating after 6 pm
- twice daily walks and workouts 3x a week
- takeout meals only occasionally
-no booze or sodas or sugary juices
- drinking quality water without fluoride and a carnivore diet (carbs but minimally)
Anyone can do it good luck people!

Thank you Dr. Dhand. ❤ I also do all my own yardwork, use a push mover on my lawn, and make sure I get outside working everyday. Almost all my neighbors have gardening services, but not me. Too many people waste time on thier phones and get nothing else done. Try to get back to real life as if the internet didn't exist.

I have severe arthritis in one leg but I go for a “limp “ every morning. I have a cane that I walk with.

Please don’t play background music on your videos - it is distracting, annoying and makes understanding a bit more difficult for those hard of hearing. My wife and I view nearly all of your videos and find them really informative and very much in line with our thinking. Keep up this excellent work!

Male 63. 5'10", 165lbs
1) intermittent fasting, 16-8, sometimes 14-10, with at least 1 36 hour fast every other month.
2) Eat Clean.
3) Workout 3-4 times a week, walk daily 5-8k.
4) 7 hours sleep

Here's the best tip: Don't buy it when you go shopping (processed junk foods)! Then it won't be in your house and if it's not in your house then you can't eat it at home. This is the BEST remedy that has helped me a lot! Cheers!
