God that guy is arrogant. Just keep a food journal he says, well have you ever looked at nutrition labels lately? There are so many additives and processed chemicals in the food that it would be nearly impossible to accurately track what you’re eating. And even if you’re careful and track what you’re eating companies change recipes all the time especially in the last few years with supply chain issues and so what may have been OK one time is not OK the next time because it’s a different recipe. That guy clearly has never had to deal with food problems or he’d be a little more understanding.

Of course a doctor would recommend that you see a doctor. 🤷‍♀️

Dr. David Agus = Not reputable imo. I wouldn't do the spit test, but I would see if my doctor can do the same thing for me in a medical office. I am a bit cautious about my fluids going to an unfamiliar company I have never heard of until recently.

I would have to eat one thing and wait 2 or 3 days without eating to see how it affected me. If i eat bread, i may not feel symptoms until several meals later. Food diaries are worthless. I just went carnivore and all my problems went away

Who in the world would criticize a test that can help people feel better? People can go thru misery for years with no answer from medical dictors.

Skip the process of DNA metabolic testing for health and eat nothing but beef. Once fat-adapted and fully in ketosis, begin reintroducing one new nutrient at a time and note the results.

Or, short-cut the discovery process and get a DNA test.

It's still an early science, but it's worth looking at so long as they keep your data safe and don't sell it to the Chinese like 23andme.
