My son introduced me to Dr. Brecka videos. I have uncontrolled diabetis and no medication, insullin... ever really lowered my blood sugar. I had already discovered grounding and had been drinking mineral water, but not the way he taught. I started doing 30x30x30 breathing, followed by 20 oz of mineral water (I'm an over achiever!), I sleep on a grounding mat (which imediately removed my neuropathy) 10 min of sunlight, 30 grams of protein within 30 min of waking. I had stopped monitoring my blood sugar, but 2 weeks after doing this pattern, I took my morning blood sugar after Gary's routine. My blood sugar dropped from a usual 450 in the am, to 219. I am a strange diabetic, I know. I don't have the symptoms that most diabetics have. Especially since the grounding mat removed my neuropathy. I now have about a 200 point reduction of the pattern I had with testing my blood sugar. In addition, I am a licensed professional counselor. I specialize in helping trauma clients. I have been sharing what Dr. Brecka teaches and we are seeing great improvement. I have a non profit that started this year for people with trauma. Unfortunately, these clients suffer from more than just trauma. Dr. Brecka's teachings help us to treat the whole person. Much of what is in his video, I had already learned and used in my counseling practice. I have never had a doctor align with my beliefs than Dr. Brecka. I believe in what he teaches. And no, I have never met him! But I would love to meet him and tell him what I am seeing in my practice!) I did the testing and I'm still learning more!

Just getting a gene test- how does that tell us what supplements to take that we need in order to heal??? I have autoimmune and scared. I want this healing...but who tells us what supplements to fix it if its just a print-out?
