If I would like to make a scheduele 4 day split functional training . How would you split this ?The main goal is still growing muscle but in a way that it is way more fun, like example EMOM or METCON or AMRAP or 21-15-9 or some interval training. I can't do a AMRAP for example everyday cause I'm scared that I wouldn't be able to recover.
Would it be like like for example :
Mon : lower body bodybuilding / interval
Tue : upperbody / bodybuilding
Wen : rest
Thu : full body push with for example a AMRAP
Fri : full body pull / conditioning
( just a random example )
