I currently live with my mom and we are working on paying off the mortgage we have on a trailer. Due to poor credit we had to put down a huge down payment on it. Once it's all payed off we only have to pay property taxes, home owners insurance, and lot rent which is about $300 a month.

I come from a poor family. I work retail, mom works as a CNA. I have 2 other siblings. Dad isn't in the picture. I'm helping because it will benefit us long term after it's paid off.
