I slipped on being healthy and ate a ton of Halloween candy. Plus I went through a great stress of having to put my 16 yr old cat to sleep. I am not sleeping well and get light headed when standing. I haven't visited a Dr since 2021 i first come to Dr berg if I need some advice. I'm 80 in 2 months and realise that we rarely should use pharma 'medicine' but our kitchen cupboard has nearly everything we need.

You’re the best Dr. Berg! I’ve learned so much from watching so many of your videos the last 2 years that honestly have help my health improve dramatically since then. We need more doctors like you in this world that teaches holistic approaches that can help cure our own diseases and health problems that the drug companies despise, and the average MD completely ignore and think you’re crazy and ignorant as a patient if you question their knowledge/ medical training.

So I started healthy keto about a month ago. I am now on my fourth day of no food, just supplements. I’m already seeing the benefits. Better sleep, more energy, very focused with a clear head. I started at 265 pounds and I am down to 250. I don’t know how long I’m going to fast I’m just going to listen to my body but you have finally won me over 100%. I’ll gladly share my story on your website. Also I hope it helps my asthma.

This will sound crazy but: I was tired all the time for years - would wake up exhausted every morning after sleeping all night and need to nap during the day. The doctors couldn’t explain it but said it was some type of chronic fatigue :o

Anyway I randomly discovered something called ‘’mouth taping” where you tape your mouth closed at night with a band-aid. I tried it and WOKE UP THE NEXT MORNING BEFORE MY ALARM EVEN WENT OFF FEELING TOTALLY REFRESHED :o now I’ve done it every night for like 2 years and don’t have that exhaustion anymore even if I’m late to bed!!

Turns out we create something called ‘nitric oxide’ (??) in our nose and it’s vital to our brain. But if we sleep with our mouth open we aren’t getting enough. Also the tongue can slip into the throat causing you to have micro wakings all night and never get into a deep sleep.

So pretty much a band-aid literally fixed years of utterly inescapable horrible exhaustion for me :D
