Diet breaks can be difficult but when I’ve tried them in the past, they’ve definitely worked! Especially when your cut is getting ridiculously hard at the end 👏🏾 great topic ☺️ refeeds is another good way to restore yourself psychologically too!! Especially when you’re at the end of a cut 😄

After the diet break ..do you go back to doing your original cardio, that you was previously losing on before the diet break ?

Or do you add a little bit more ?

For example, before the diet break you was doing daily steps 8- 10k and 3 20 minute sessions .

After the diet break will you do the exact same or add more. Rather it’s bumping up the steps or adding additional minutes to your cardio ?

Is the amount of volume you do over time a form of progressive overload ?
Can you still see progress that way .
