Cheaters don’t answer that question honestly *unless* they’ve already told you up front, from the beginning, that they do that.

My ex did both. Feelings were numbed by alcohol and whenever things got rocky our relationship (like they always do) she turned to other people for loving validation. She was never able to sit down and have uncomfortable conversations with me. It was always “I really can’t do this right now, I’ve got so much stuff going on I can’t cope”. This type of mindset is a recipe for disaster in any relationship. Needless to say towards the end of our relationship when things were on a downward spiral, instead of communicating with me as a partner should about her needs, she instead decided to avoid all those uncomfortable feelings and decided to cheat on me. She ran off with this new man after I found out and ended our relationship, completely clear of anyone emotional baggage which comes from a long term relationship. Their relationship however didn’t last long and they broke up simply because she never bothered to put the work in to better herself and come to grips with her past traumas. Which meant she ultimately repeated her unhealthy patterns which led to our downfall, unfortunately this cycle will forever continue until she does some serious work on herself. Moral of the story is, never get into relationships with someone who is broken, hurt people hurt people.

Recognise your areas that you need to be aware of!!

Sometimes it's the other person & their own makeup within themselves that caused situations!!!

Still, go work, gym, eat healthy, promotion, Entrepreneur goals!!!!

Socialise still & overtime you will get

Obviously when you go to bed at night you may not sleep so just ride through this wave until your mind body & soul learns to accept the experiences you've gone through, whether you are to blame or not!!!

Be humble within yourself until your back fighting fit within your own self!!

If you bump into your ex, be cool, calm, go on like you met for first time & say nice to see you but you've got stuff to do!!!

HOW was the relationship going? both satisfied or one frustrated by the other’s intransigence? Cool thing about relationships is it’s all voluntary, nobody has to be there if they don’t want to.

How do Muslim women feel & what do they do when they are married to a man who is married to 1 to 3 more women ? Also, how do the men feel & think about this situation?
(Many years ago I read about a tribe in Africa where the woman is married to several men. The custom started as they hadn't had enough women in their tribe ).
