✨ Inner Refuge for Astral Projection: As part of my Astral Travel Blueprint course, I teach the inner refuge as a tool to help keep emotions in check during out-of-body experiences (OBE). If fear arises during astral projection, you can return to this inner sanctuary, grounding yourself in a sense of safety and calm.

One of the most powerful yoga nidra tools I use in my astral projection practice is the concept of an inner refuge — a place within that feels deeply safe, comforting, and evokes an unshakable sense of well-being. I like to think of it as my inner home, a sanctuary where I feel completely protected and supported.

When strong emotions arise during an out-of-body experience, they can pull you back into your physical body. If I ever feel too emotional or overwhelmed during an OBE, I bring myself back to my inner refuge, where I feel grounded and safe. But of course, it s a deeply nourishing practice on its own, and I'm so happy to be able to share it with you today..

The place I was visualising was a dry moonlit desert, full of cacti with fragrant night flowers, warm sand, rocks and crystals.

hey rosalie! im a beginner to astro projecting and i im having some difficulties. I usually cant go pass the vibrational stage, i always twitch my body out of no where for some reason or i have to swallow my saliva. I really wanna astro project and fly around earth and travel space but i can never go beyond the vibrational stage. If u can help me some how ill really appreciate it, btw i love your videos even tho i dont astro project the sensations i feel are so amazing keep it up!!
