Welcome to this 30-minute Yoga Nidra Meditation for Inner Refuge with Rosalie. This guided relaxation practice is designed to help you create a deep sense of calm, safety, and inner refuge. Whether you’re dealing with stress, anxiety, or simply looking for deep relaxation, this meditation will guide you to a place of deep rest and comfort within yourself.
During this guided meditation, you’ll be guided to connect with your inner sanctuary, a space of peace and well-being that you can return to whenever life feels overwhelming. Ideal for both beginners and experienced Yoga Nidra practitioners, this meditation is a powerful tool for emotional healing, stress relief, and relaxation.
✨ Inner Refuge for Astral Projection: As part of my Astral Travel Blueprint course, I teach the inner refuge as a tool to help keep emotions in check during out-of-body experiences (OBE). If fear arises during astral projection, you can return to this inner sanctuary, grounding yourself in a sense of safety and calm.
