Join me for this 15 minute FULL BODY active recovery workout on your active rest day, between your strength training days, or any day you are looking to get moving without any equipment. No jumping, this session is fully low impact.
We will complete this 15 minute active rest day workout in a 50 seconds work, 10 seconds rest format. No exercise is repeated.
Each movement targets both our strength and our mobility to really get at all our muscles and help with soreness, range of motion, and flexibility.
