go see a psychologist. learn some autogene training or techniques to calm yourselft down. i recommend a behaviorist.

Dear NF team,

Would it be possible to have the link to the full doi:10.1139/y07-082 study ? Wanto to see their methodology to see how much pumpkin seeds I should grind to try to replicate it on myself (I want to stop taking melatonin supplements).

As a trined physician I assure you I already did all I could do "hyginene" wise for my sleep so now meds / nutrition are the only options... (and yes don't worry I will take my nightly seeds with B6, magnesium and carbs to maximze the BBB passage) ;)
