FINALLY... a common sense trainer online providing actual facts and effective guidance instead of all the Gen Z and Young Millenial fakes and creampuffs with zero credentials or experience. I don't follow him but I use the same approach. In my mid 50s and still going.

If you are serious about increasing T then this worked for me. All natural. I went from 334 to 960 in around 3 months. Takes some work which will put many off. This book should be essential reading for all men. Written by a 50s guy with natural T levels of a 20s guy
