240g (1.9 cups) plain flour
18g (4 tsp.) baking powder
6g (1 tsp.) salt
170ml (0.7 cups) whole milk
57g (4 tbsp.) butter, melted

I use eggs instead of baking powder then i fry the dumplings in brown butter and garlic salt until the outside is a bit crispy. Serve with caramelized onion over the dumplings.

I've never made dumplings actually, just momos. Those are SUPER fluffy! I don't think I've ever seen such fluffy dumplings ever! I think I'd love them on their own for sure but of course the stew was amazing! Now this is excellent comfort food for this time of year Dani, woo!

My grandmother used to make these with little pieces of meat in them. Yours look just like she made right down to the stock. This was back in the 70s. My brother and I have a Italian last name and found out a little while back that our grandmother cooked more polish food than Italian.

Good video. I like that it is short and gets to the point. Does dumpling dough need to be put in soon after making it, or can it rest a while? I am using sourdough starter in my dumplings and would like to give it a few hours at room temp to get some fermenting done.
