Homemade beef stew and fluffy dumplings, over Christmas I attempted to make my Great Grandmothers dumplings and sadly they were a fail. I said that next time my mum was with me and we had stew I would record her making them and show the difference of how fluffy hers are. Well here you go everyone, I hope you enjoy this video. I always add mine to the rapidly boiling stew then lower the heat .
