Love chicken and dumplings. I actually have request for it when people come over. The best dumpling is made from bisquick. I never take short cuts in cooking so I never used it until my husband’s grandmother told me that how she makes them. It’s just better. I add a little seasoning, baking powder, and a few spoonfuls of AP flour so they aren’t too soft. Then just follow the directions on the box.

I also top soup off with a bunch of grated parmigiana and tajin. I know it sounds nuts but I put it on most of my soups. It adds a little acid that a rich soup needs. I have turned at least 30 people on to the tajin trick.
