I have written this sleep hypnosis session to help you fall asleep fast by quickly and easily clearing your mind of anxious or negative thoughts as well of any distracting worries and concerns. In this session, you will be quickly and safely guided into trance simply by following my words. Once in trance, which is a state of relaxed focus, you will be able to leverage your subconscious mind to ease away all of those stresses and strains that so often prevent you from drifting into a full night of uninterrupted sleep.

If you are familiar with my sleep hypnosis and guided meditations, you might notice that this has been created in a more direct style. Listeneres often tell me they would like more sleep hypnosis sessions with slightly shorter introductions. Some people prefer to take their time easing into a relaxing hypnotic state, while others prefer a quicker immersion. This session is for the latter. It is less conversational than some of my other videos and the suggestions are more direct. I hope you enjoy it.

One consistent theme of all my videos, however, is bringing your mind away from the past and from the future… and back to the present. Very often, it is the negative and upsetting emotions associated with looking backwards with regret and remorse, as well as looking forwards with fear and apprehension that make it difficult to switch off and stop our minds spinning at night time. When you are able to place your mind in the present, you are free from those emotional burdens.

This audio track is safe and suitable for frequent listening – as many times as you wish. Since hypnosis helps induce positive behavioural change, a different version of you will be listening each time and so your subconscious will enjoy a different experience on each occasion you tune in.

When listened to on a regularly, this hypnosis session can help reduce anxiety, stress and other stress-related issues, such as insomnia, OCD and depression. Also, when you have a full night of quality sleep and rest, you will be better prepared to face life's day-to-day challenges in a more positive, solution-focused way. I'm an insomniac..Bedtime for me usually doesn't get started until 4am. There's rarely any point trying before then. But, I'm staying in a hotel this weekend. Strange pillows, beds, outside noises etc. Last night I didn't fall asleep until sometime after 5am, then I was awake an hour later for almost 2 hours. Tonight, through sheer desperation, Ii thought I'd try hypnosis . Midnight, must've fallen asleep within minutes. Just woken up for the bathroom, and I've had almost 3 hours actual sleep!!! The night is young, going to listen again in a moment..will let you know how I get on!!

Nick, coming from someone who was battling insomnia and anxiety FOR YEARS, i am amazed how well this worked. Last 5 days I've been listening and all i remember is stairs.😊 i always fall asleep at that part. P.S. i am not using headphones and it works like wow.

I’ve had insomnia all my life and this after much doubt, put me to sleep from 2AM straight uninterrupted sleep like I was promised until 10 AM! I am shocked and super thankful, I will use this for sleep and naps after meditating 🧘🏽‍♀️. I can’t believe I got 8 straight hours clean, no wakeups no bathroom, I am AMAZED! Hey, thank you so much. I don't know what you did, but after 14 years of insomnia, this had me knocked out very quickly. I think I was listening for about 10 mins before falling asleep. Not only did it help me sleep, I actually woke up really refreshed. This is unusual for me unless I have 8 hours of sleep. I only got 5 (only found your video at 1 am and I wasn't even searching for a sleeping video. Normally, after that little sleep I wake up lethargic. Not this morning! First night on this, I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks, I have had them for near five years now and i would be crippled for hours breathing and listening to Thomas Hall the same one till this day, I listened to another one of yours a few night's back and i can't find it agian, i got 2 hours in and i was out, so im giving this a try and hopefully I've found something that works, I was on medication(not on medication anymore it didn't help) I was doing yoga, pressure points, oils and hypnosis and i suffered so bad it really plays a part on you mentally, physically, and before i get them bad again I'm trying something new

I have been having a very hard time falling asleep lately. Stumbled across this video while I was still up at 4 am. Decided to, what the heck, I’ll give this a try. I figured it would at least be entertaining. Well, I have listened to this video for the last 2 tights and I still don’t know what it’s about. I can’t get past the first 10 to 15 minutes of it and the talk about relaxing and stuff. I honestly pass out and wake up in the morning. What is this stuff? Some sort of magic? For me, it’s been a Godsend! Thank you so much!❤❤❤❤
