I can continue to listen to you even if I am not sleeping .It gives profound relaxation and help to be free within with no doubts and worry.Though I am a regular meditator but at times need these words to calm restless thoughts.We are never alone in the universe our creator and a spark of that Divine is always within us guiding and loving us .Than you 🙂 ❤

I love your voice, thank you for all the work you put into this, but one suggestion that I would give is that it is hard to imagine myself taking these physical steps in the forest as I’m lying down in my bed. Maybe if I was sitting it would be easier. I would recommend more of a sinking/falling hypnosis for sleep. But then again that could be because I’m pretty inexperienced, but I definitely didnt enter a trance :(

I typically love the Mindful Movement videos but I find the music in this one to be ominous and foreboding instead of relaxing.

I would listen to you so much more if your videos were longer. As it is, fear being shocked awake with a commercial after just an hour.
