In this guided sleep hypnosis, I will first relax you with soft, calm and gentle words. I will then deepen your trance with strong hypnotic language specially designed to help your conscious mind drift away while your subconscious remains engaged and attentive. When you enter this deep hypnotic state, I will relax you further with guided visualisations designed to quickly calm and quieten your busy mind, and remove your anxiety.

After years of insomnia i am with the help of these videos, relearning how to fall asleep. I have just woke up at 0245 am after a whole 4 hours sleep which is a record. I have to listen carefully and concentrate on every word to stop my mind racinf off down so e dark places instead of sleeping, its not easy but im slowly making progress without medication. I am so grateful discovering your videos. I am struggling with sleep due to long covid and depression. Since listening I have fallen asleep and maintained sleep. Upon waking I feel less anxious. Cannot tell you how much it means to me.

Hello Nick! I have been listening to your amazing meditations here and on the AURA App. I’m so grateful to have discovered you, as you’ve been a huge help in improving my sleep quality as I have suffered from insomnia for years. One of the meditations in particular, you recited a succession of three digit numbers. This had a very strong effect of inducing sleepiness so I’m writing to ask if you could create a meditation that focuses on this technique of counting but specifically with the three digit number sequences. For an extended time period. I don’t see an email for you. Otherwise I would have messaged you directly as I would like to pay you for this special meditation request.

Hello, Nick. I found your videos about a month ago in a bout of severe insomnia and I’ve listened every night since. I’m always asleep before you finish talking. I really appreciate and enjoy your videos.
I like how you have similar videos with different background sounds linked in the description, but it would be nice if videos could be titled with “cosmic music” or “ocean waves.” I’ve found the waves distracting and oftentimes spend a few minutes each night trying to find a properly lengthy video without the waves. Not a big issue I have but maybe a suggestion.
Thank you for all you do, you’ve helped me sleep soundly for a month so far💙
