This track blends guided sleep hypnosis, guided meditation and positive suggestions and/or imagery. It is designed to help soothe and quieten your mind, as well as to reduce the harmful effects of overthinking at night. When you are able to prevent your mind from wandering into the future or into the past – especially when doing so creates anxiety and feelings of unease – you are able to access your subconscious mind. Your subconscious control mind is far more amenable to positive and encouraging suggestions when you are in the trance state.

This audio track daily is safe and suitable for frequent listening – as many times as you wish. Since hypnosis helps induce positive behavioural change, a different version of you will be listening each time and so your subconscious will enjoy a different experience on each occasion you tune in.

I’m here to tell everyone that this works. I think the hardest part for people is to allow their minds to let go of all the thoughts and retrospect of a stressful day and allow the soothing words to wash over you. I don’t even remember when sleep took over. It’s 5:30 am and I slept a solid 8 hours. THANK YOU!

Having had chronic insomnia since I was a child (I used to get out of bed at night and read or write poetry, sitting on the bathroom floor so the light wouldn't bother anyone else)I have spent a considerable amount of time searching for sleep hypnosis recordings that would allow me to get out of my own way and get to sleep; I have listened to all of the top hypnosis artists that fit my personal preferences(male voice, resonance, cadence and of course the appropriate accent: us American ladies do LOVE a deep voice and a gentle accent😁) and yours is the only one that checks all the boxes for me. I am so grateful for the peaceful, relaxing sessions that you spend your time so generously to provide, and the results speak for themselves: I have heard the first 6-7 minutes of every single session you have posted for sleep hypnosis, because I'm always asleep by then! Please keep them coming; I have become so reliant upon them that I will often listen throughout the day, whenever I begin to feel stressed or overwhelmed and need to take a step back and start again. I have spent thousands of dollars on tests and useless, sometimes dangerous prescriptions, when all I needed was for you to talk me down from the ledge and tell me, ever so politely, to just be quiet and go to sleep!🙃 I can't thank you enough, and I can't wait to explore this concept with you!

Ive been under chronic stress for 6 years now and it has affected my health so badly that i dont even recognize myself anymore, ive been losing hair, every muscle in my body is twisted and knotted from constantly being in freeze mode, my blood pressure is extremely high and have had palpitations, ive also been dealing with on and off insomnia, diagnosed with narcolepsy type 2, so its beyond frustrating when i cant get my nap each day, which i need to function, so im very thankful for these meditations !!!

I love the videos. I can always count on them to put me to sleep. Sometimes loud commercials come on after I’m sleeping with my headphones in 😬😳. It scares me terribly.

Thank you so much for this. I've had a very difficult week at work and with family, and my stress levels are at a new high. I find it difficult to sleep soundly. And last night I made a huge mistake by checking my work emails right before heading off to bed. Of course there was more drama and negativity that launched my blood pressure and adrenaline in the middle of the night. I was angry with myself for doing something that could never be helpful to a restful night's sleep. I tried several meditations that I've used before to relax my body, but I was still wide awake. Luckily for me, youtube suggested you and this video. I don't know how long it took, but the suggestion to remember when I was swept away, content to sleep, took me away to a memory of my sweet corgi who I miss very much (he is with my son's family now) and how he would snuggle up into the crook of my arm, ready to sleep. You led me to a very content and happy place where I was able to fall asleep. No tossing and turning, my mind not returning to the frustrations of work, I was able to sleep soundly for 7 hours.
