Bánh Tráng Nướng is a popular Vietnamese snack. It is similar to a thin and crispy pizza. It uses a sticky rice sheet called “spring roll” as a base, grilled over charcoal and spread with egg before adding various toppings such as minced pork, sausage, dried shrimp, chili sauce, fried shallots and spring onions and topped with chili sauce, ketchup and mayonnaise. It is then folded or cut into pieces to serve.
