Ive had dermatogrpahia for, like, 8 years. So many people report it going away after a few years or so. I just don't understand what is causing it or how to fix it.

I’ve had cholinergic urticaria since I was probably 18-19 and am 26 now. I’ve been trying to figure out what caused it for so long, I was exposed to mold in my home as a child and had to go to hospital and constantly went to doctors as a kid due to always being sick so I’m wondering if that may have been a factor or if it was from my unhealthy diet of eating lots of highly processed foods/fast food. I also have asthma and had allergy issues growing up. I just wish I knew what caused it and wish it would go away because it is so unbearable to live with.

I’ve had CIU since 2009 and it went away around 2012 and came back the end of last year… it’s such a frustrating and debilitating disorder… I absolutely hate it and nothing I’ve tried so far has helped… P.S. we’d appreciate answers more than this teaser video 🙄!

I don't know if it uticaria or not but my body swells when ever I do something like carrying a heavy bucket or heavy grocery bags my fingers swell very badly similar things happens to whole body I don't know
