Guys here’s a big tip, keep your eyes on your tire pressure. If one of the tires is losing pressure and won’t hold pressure chances are it’s going flat. This is being proactive versus reactive.

Just got a flat tire. Found out that Costco and Discount Tire will NOT repair your tire if you use the plug kit. They required me to buy new tires. Not just 1 but 2 new tires. This is due to balance and safety requirements since my tires are about 50 pct of life.

Question they offer 220 for wheel and tires warrantee 12 months. If you said roadside assistance which mean they fix the tire, then why do they offer new car purchase with $220 insurance?

you need make a DIY tire swap...not just winter wheel swap but actual tire removal from the rims and putting a new one on

road assistance is free but they will tow you or gave you a loaner wheel for you to drive, the cost of repairing your tire is 121 if replacement needed price will go higer around 500

My family member had a flat. No spare in the ev Tesla. Had to pay 460$ to get their car hauled to get service. Another family member with a different Tesla got trapped in her car for awhile when her car wouldn't start and the driver side door wouldn't open from the inside. Had to pay to have that one hauled off for service too. Electric cars are a pain.

Hi Chris, great content as always. I'd add America's Tires because America's Tires will fix a flat for free if it's fixable. Also, for your peace of mind, America's Tires offer add-on warranty for your tires even if you don't buy from them.

Thanks for this tip. I have only changed tires due to a flat twice in my whole life. Since Tesla doesn’t even come w a spare tire, it is important to have gears to fix it on the spot.

Roadside warranty is only if you keep buying "Tesla" tires. I just bought some Goodyears and got a flat. No deal. Such a headache.
