About the video:
So you set up a calorie deficit for fat loss, but then after a while, you stop losing weight. When this happens, most people panic and start making big changes to their diet and training. Some even assume their metabolism broke and that they’ll start gaining body fat. Others try to find a new calorie deficit calculator to redo their macros, but how do you know when is the right time to change calories?

This is why in this video, I explain what to do when your calorie deficit is no longer working. I share 3 different types of weight loss plateaus that every person wanting to get lean needs to know about. This will give you a rational approach to managing your caloric deficit and a better understanding of weight loss calories.

Great timing! #2 for me: recent stress has impacted my total step count. There's also been a little bit of slipping on the calorie/macros tracking - not completely off the rails, but definitely some slipping.

When you see the scale fluctuate on the day to day basis remember : I DID NOT EAT 3500 OR MORE EXCESS CALORIES IN THE LAST 24 HOURS. Very important lol

So far with calorie deficit I've lost 30lbs in 2 months. I've had a couple "plateau" but only lasted 3-4 days. I've found it helpful to re-adjust your calorie deficit based on your new weight, as well as increase water intake. 45lbs to go wish me luck.

I expected this video to just say "You aren't tracking all of your calories, don't be lazy" but there was so much more information here about Plateaus! Thanks for the info! I have lost 80 pounds in the past 9 months and week by week after losing a lot, I would always expect a plateau for 2-3 days before I saw more weight come off. Your body definitely needs time to adjust!

I think I am in plateau 1 - but also as a woman I am noticing monthly fluctuations in weight loss / gain so I think i am suffering a double whammy right now - but this video was very reassuring and i feel more confident in just trusting and sticking to it!
