I have an idea for a future topic - as it is thought that inflammation builds up a hostile environment for the embryo and may thus be a reason for low fertility for women with endometriosis even after laproscopy and HSG, how useful would predonolone/prednisolone be for women after ovulation for the two week wait? I think that inflammation is actually good for fighting endo around the time of the menstruation, but not in the time before and durting implantation... I haven't found much in the realm of studies in that but just logically I came up with that thought.

I went through second ivf round with better sleep and better egg quality. At least more quality sleep helped me to feel more relaxed and better for my body to cope with all the anxiety came with high dose of jabbings and etc. Maybe not directly impacting the fertility, but just have more energy really made a difference in mood swings and body recovery. I don't have PCOS and I have unexplained infertility with diminished overian reserve. Got second round of one embryo of 4AA at age 37. I don't think it is just luck.

People with actual diagnosed PCOS etc may not find it as useful to just sleep it away to improve fertility though.

Hello doc, I recently had a genetically tested 5BA embryo transferred and I got my uterine linings & everything checked before transfer was all ok. It did not proceed to pregnancy. I would really like to know why this is happening. Your thoughts on this would be much appreciated. Thanks heaps!! 🙏

DO YOU HAVE ANY STUDIES ON UNDERWEIGHT WOMEN WHOM GET PREGNANT. I do ivf bc of that. Also, bc I get ectopics due to endo.

Please please can you help. My clinic said they only have seen issues with OVER weight patients and don’t have much insight on underweight bc their patients just aren’t underweight like myself

Thank you doctor for your videos. Recently I had egg retrieval & hystroscopy for thickened uterus. Removed some tissues from the uterus to make it thin. But after 3 days I started like menstrual bleeding. My defecation is not happening after that. I told my doctor and did a scan they told me everything is normal. is it ok doctor Randy Morris?? Eagerly waiting for your good advice.
