Great workout. Easy on my joints. Woke up sore this morning, and had to wrestle a box of toaster pancakes to the floor. Did this workout per your suggestion, and so glad I did. Endorphins and sweat made me forget the pancakes. And nothing better than a stretch after the sweaty work. Thanks, Brian!
