This session is awesome! Even more fun than your other cardio dance workouts. You've been so creative in making these workout videos and each time despite how tired I am after returning home from work, I still want to choose a video randomly and start moving...of course I always feel super energized afterwards!

Really very effective in burning fat which also includes some abs toning. Today is my 2nd time tried this and each burned 450 cal 💪 Love this fun workout with happy sweating. 🤩

Hi, I just started exercising your vdo for first time. I'd stopped exercising for six months a year and this is first time i come back. It's really really exhausting at the first 15 min. I kept watching the watch because i was too impatient to wait for the end., but after 15 min of toughness, i just found that i actually enjoy the workout and I'm really proud of myself that i can pass the first session and the rest of vdo. Thank you so much Eleni. Working out is really hard at the beginning, but you motivate me to overcome the excuse and complete it!! Though it's so exhausting, i love how i feel my muscle, my heartbeat, and my sweat. It's such a wonderful feeling i haven't feel for long time. Thank you.
