Lying Reverse Grip Cable Bicep Curls

Here is a different kind of bicep curl that I like to on the cable cross-over machine. With the bar attached on the bottom pulley I perform a reverse grip bicep curl while lying on the ground. Lying on the ground with my elbows pressed to the ground is great because it helps keep me honest to good form as I can’t move my elbows or arch my back to help myself with the curling process. It’s a SOLID bicep curl that will really help to lengthen the head of your biceps.
