Learn how to Fry the Perfect Steak with BBC Masterchef's Marcus Wareing, in the latest Circulon UK YouTube Video! Get the most out of your Frying Pan, Skillet and Meat and cook your loved one Steak just the way they like it, whether you're using a Traditional Gas Hob or an Induction Hob.

Key Moments:
00:00 - Heat up your Frying Pan at a Medium Heat.
00:47 - Pre-season the Frying Pan with a tablespoon of Vegetable Oil and swill around.
1:18 - Season the pan-side of the Meat with Salt and Pepper.
2:30 - Flip the Steak and season with Pepper (Once the pan-side of the Steak has began to seal juices)
3:38 - Add additional flavourings to the Frying Pan. Garlic Halves, Rosemary, Thyme recommended.
3:58 - Add small chunks of Butter around the Steak. Vegan/Dairy Free Alternatives are fine too!
4:20 - Once the Butter has melted, baste your Meat with a spoon.
4:45 - Allow the Meat to rest for 15 Minutes.
5:15 - Garnish your Meat with the Garlic and Herbs used and season with Salt & Pepper.

I know Marcus is a top chef so don't take this the wrong way in the video. You mentioned the blood coming out of the meat as I understood it. All blood is taken out at slaughter juice that comes out it's called myoglobin, or have I got this wrong? Thank you
