Make sure it's not as thick as that. I made the mistake of pan frying a huge chunk of chicken breast, all but burning it on the outside, but when I cut into it, it was still pink on the inside. Either roll it with a rolling pin or cut it up into smaller pieces if you want to avoid this.

That chicken should have been pounded flat first. Or if you're going to cook it that thick, stick it in the oven before/after searing

Yes, Pounding them even would be a good idea, but more importantly is instant read thermometer

Lol, yeah that ain't done yet dude. The outside looks pretty good and seared. You either 1) cut that thing in half and pound them down thin, then they will be done a couple minutes on each side. Or 2) sear and then finish roasting in the oven for 8ish minutes 🤗
