All you will need for this 20 minute cardio workout is a bottle of water handy and a mat!!

The timer will be on continuously for 45 seconds each exercise... no specific rest!!!

Slow down when you feel it’s unsustainable, and pause when you need to!

This is perfect for those active rest days as an option for some cardio or post any workout if you simply want to burn a bit more energy!!

Does anyone else LOVE how Caroline DOESN'T mention "burning calories" or promising the attainment of "losing fat" or a certain body type?! I found your workouts and will NEVER go back to anyone else. When I do these, I think about my strength and endurance, not losing weight or getting abs

Dear Caroline, I enjoy working out with you. I find it very inspiring that you always smile even when it's difficult — an I follow your example. It has been more than one month since I started your EPIC I program, and I can already see the results. I feel like my day isn't complete without an Epic workout, so much so that I feel upset on my rest days. Everything you do is great! I used to force myself to work out every single day sometimes twice or three times a day. I lost my menstrual cycle and gave up on a lot of life because i was so focused fitting the standard. What i didn’t realize was my standards were going higher and higher and nothing was ever enough for me to be proud of myself I just wanted more even after I was starting to feel weak and was underperforming. Now I’m going into fitness now with a new mindset and actually moving in a way that makes me feel great such as Caroline Girvan Hiit;) and working more on my flexibility with stretching. I take rest days when I need them and learning to accept the way I am as a woman because I am strong. Thank you Caroline for these beautifully done workouts you have made for us!❤️ you put so much effort into the colours, the music, the exercises, and always proving us wrong when we think it can’t be any harder.

My teenage step-daughters pick on me when I say I love jumping jacks....and there you are with this workout. Happy dance!!! Loved it!!! I was so into my zone, that there was no time for water. Thank you for your well-rounded workouts.

Speaking from personal experience, here's how I did the workout:
I am nowhere near as in shape as Caroline. So I started small, whatever exercises I couldn't do (heart rate too high or muscles sore from a previous workout) I substituted with something easier. First I told myself, I only needed to do 15 mins of it. I wanted to quit around 10 mins lol. But once 15 mins hit and I saw I was 92% of the way there, I was so close! So I made it to the end :)
This is how I'm going to keep tricking myself to get to the end of the workouts lol. If the moves are too hard or not suited for you, do something else. My heart rate stayed in the cardio-peak zones consistently. One day I'll be able to get to the end without modifications!
Time to enjoy the rest of my day knowing I completed a workout! ☺️
