I like how jordan intentionally took rests in between the push jacks and squats although he didn't need it. He did it only to boost our morale so that we don't feel behind. That's clearly evident as he completed 40 push jacks in round 4 without rest. This is what a perfect coach looks like. You should be called "coach Jordan" going forward. ❤❤❤

Ok, I am so proud of myself. I have always stopped at 4 rounds…not today. I pushed and got 5 rounds. All rounds done within the time limits. Not bad for almost 52 years old. I want to thank Jordan for his workouts. I start my day with a smile of victory (which is good at 6am) 😁

Finished until round 3, and Jordan attempt around 4 for 40 push up jacks in one shot and i mentally give up :/ but still give it a try and only managed to 30 push up jacks without rest. Man this is sooo tough🥵

Interesting workout, combined good hyperthrophy moves in controlled sets. Also identified and helped target the issue of not dropping to your knees and crotch when practicing the Kipling version. Good job.
