Since UK lockdown, my 20-something son and daughter's boyfriend, both of whom claim to 'hate' yoga have been taking your classes daily and willingly!! It's a yes from all three of us in sunny Scotland! Thanks for keeping us sane.

I'm still in. Feeling gratitude for this community of people practicing yoga and mindfulness together. I decided to run over a hundred miles last months and new I would need to bring yoga back into my life. This has been a perfect recovery practice and I am looking forward to the remaining 27 days.

I’ve done other yoga videos. None of them are on your level of instruction. You deserve your own category of exercise. Your class should be taught in every school.
