Mistakes made! The audio does not align with the video at the start but from 2 minutes in it's all good, hang in there! For the accurate time stamps please see the chapters in the video ❤ I hope this is helpful!

Impatient bloke here 😁 Love this, mindset is everything. I will scan your other vids to see where the practical stuff comes in - for me, no food off limits is disastrous. It feels quite physiological. Some foods trigger bingeing, regardless of my mood or emotional state. Great stuff. Nice to hear a lovely English voice.

Hello! You're video's have been really helpful to me. I've struggled with food and weight gain/body image since early childhood. I was recently diagnosed with several food sensitivities which have been causing a lot of inflammation in my body and my Dr. says has contributed to my not being able to loose weight and also keeping my appetite high. While this is really great new information and I'm hopeful to find a healthier life and well being around this new information of foods that my body is not tolerating, I'm also having a really hard time with the food "eliminations" and feeling/craving them more even though I now know they are causing my health problems and gut issues. I'm hopeful maybe you could provide information or maybe a video on how to manage foods that people are not to eat for health reasons such as allergies and sensitivities without it triggering feelings of being "deprived" or "restricted" that create a mindset of wanting to eat more or craving those foods more. Thank you so much! Candice ❤

Eye-opening conversation thanks 😊one question: Have you struggled with wait gain after releasing restriction? biggest fear for some people is weight gain or the potential prospect of weight loss when trying to let got of restriction but at the same time not overeating and going to the extreme points as well😢

I've been eating the same thing day in and day out for years now. Oat meal, lentil curry and rye toast with avocado. I keep craving Thai food, but then I eat healthy again and everything is better.

Still, I'm switching from oat meal to oat meal smoothie. I need some variation. There were times when I ate oat meal twice a day.
