Sunflower & Pumpkin seeds can be activated by soaking and dehydrating.
Tahini paste is easier to loosen by using lemon juice.
Chia seeds soak easier in warm water instead of just floating on top of cold water.

The sound keeps cutting out partway thru a word or doubling part of it, and it "breaks words " , makes it hard to listen to
