This is so me. In a Moment of releaf, when the depression is not that strong and my anxiety is quiet I often search for the negativity because the feeling is so unfamiliar and I don't want to be surprised by the anxiety anymore:(

I was virtually agoraphobic for over 10 years and have been travelling. This is so relatable. I’ve been trying to understand why my symptoms have generally gone. I guess acceptance and gratitude rather than the old overthinking would be my road to true freedom
