I have benefited greatly from abstinence, now I will never have sex again. I don't even masturbate. I'm also glad that I will never bare children because I don't want to have kids at all. My periods are so bad that I never even desire sex, I will not do that. Praise Jesus Christ during your time in abstinence because the pure in heart will see God.🎉
