3. I am the least sensitive person in the world, so i say this to other girls myself, should probably stop. It really depends on the girl.

Being direct in asking for a number is usually better than trying to start a conversation, with it being obvious you want something from her - in my experience.

It's about being polite and respectful (don't interrupt her during a work out, or when she's running for the next train).

Just go up, introduce yourself, explain that you felt compelled to come and talk to her and that you'd like to meet her coffee.

If you take pride in your appearance, are socially calibrated, take no for an answer (don't be pushy) and keep it fairly short and sweet (you're not trying to skip the 'date' by getting to know her on the spot - unless it just naturally goes that way), then you've got nothing to be worried about.
