Trenzalore. The planet where The Doctor's life would finally end and where he was to rest in peace until Clara pleaded with the Time Lords to defy The Doctor's destiny and to change his future and his fate which they gave him a new regeneration cycle. Great video dedicated to the Tenzalore arc.

And then Chibnall brought in the Timeless Child making this way less impactful since The Doctor would have apparently regenerated without the help and that the timelords must of merely "given the regeneration energy" for show.

I found this bit really interesting this is because the Doctor knew that this was how his story ended defending Trenzalore against alien invasions

Trenzalore is the home of the new Whoniverse rulers over time.
Us.
Yes us.
As we loose our classic whoniverse Earth to the Daleks in 5145AD and it becomes new Skaro.
Sidenote we (our mankind and Earth) got taken into the new Whoniverse in end of episode Journeys End.
Just as the Earth that became Mondas was taken over into the classic whoniverse from the lost/previous Whoniverse our Doctor was born in as Toni Tyler aka Doctor Tyler in the 1972s the Three Doctors.

And Trenzalore itself is the terraformed (read burnt) Gallifrey Peter Capaldis 2nd Caretaker brought into the new Whoniverse during his final scene as the dying Jon Simms Master took his revenge on the Timelords with his dying last breath as he and those present at the Gallifreyan high counsil ascended in the very last moment before Gallifrey was frozen using Rassilons nightmare child plan.
Thus ascending himself to become the new Black guardian over time (his birth mother, our now former Doctors fullhalfsister (Romana/Rose) became the new White guardian) (Rassilon the new celestial toymaker) (the nightmare child device = the new key to time (for the new whoniverse) (the guardians guard thier ascentions) While those outside the Gallifreyan high counsil that wasnt fully ascended (trapped as both alive and ascended in an Schrödingers cat like state....wink wink dont blink...) that tries to escape/prevent thier fate and stop us from ruling over time.... There is more known but its late here...
