I watched this after drinking two huge protein shakes, 4 slices of pizza and two bowls of noodle soup. I felt like my stomach was going to explode. Worst feeling ever!

For the emetiphobs out there who've eaten too much. Please do not worry, it's quite unlikely to vomit from overeating unless you've REALLY overdone it. Go take a walk outside, have some fresh air and take along a fresh cold glass of water. Let your digestion do its thing even if it's taking a long time. By the morning you'll probably need to poop, and all that food will be flushed out. Nothing to worry about :)
