I just quit fast food, processed food, and sugar drinks. I’ve lost 10lbs in 10 days, 231-221. I’m a construction worker and hunting guide. I’m guessing I’d be a 300 lb dude if I didn’t have such a active life style. Crazy that all I did was cut those 3 things out, no special diet nothing and I’m losing this much. I bet I was at 4, 000 calories a day and maintained 230 for a couple yrs. My goal 180 by July.

I think you should just eat everything moderately, I don't agree with getting rid of sugar completely. I never cut off anything from my diet, I even indulge in fast food once in a while, like once every month, but I never pile back on the 13kg that I've lost 5 years ago.. All I do is just workout and be mindful of my calories intake.

Just drink pure water and cut the fast food and eat less junk food. All you gotta do 🤷🏽‍♂️

weight always seems to get mentioned with healthy eating as if weight alone is bad. I'm very slim and eat lots of crap and I think surely I must be more at risk than a larger person that eats nutritionally pretty well.

Juice has added things in their like store bought Orange Juice, so if you blend your own oranges it'll taste completely different.
