WHAT IS A TENSION HEADACHE?

Tension headaches are a common type of headache that can cause a dull, achy pain in your head. They're often caused by muscle tension in the neck, shoulders, and scalp, and can be triggered by stress, anxiety, poor posture, or lack of sleep.

While they are miserable, there’s a lot that the right stretches and exercises can do to alleviate this pain FAST!

CAN EXERCISES HELP MY TENSION HEADACHE?

Exercise has been shown to be an effective way to reduce tension headaches. When you exercise, you increase blood flow to your muscles, which helps to relax them and reduce tension.

In this video, I'll be sharing some of the best exercises and stretches you can do to relieve tension headaches. I'll show you how you can relate and relax your the muscles that are causing this pain in your head and then how to stretch the other muscles that get tight as well.

All of which can all help to alleviate tension and reduce headache pain FAST.

Are these exercices safe for c5, c6 minimal bulging disc?
I felt relief while doing these exercices but after I finished and sat down on my desk my symptoms come back : forehead tension and tingling sensation on the back of the skull. It's still the first time trying out this routine maybe with time it will get better. Thanks for the videos !

I got a pulled muscle in my Neck, it’s been 2 months & my neck still is tight NOW I’m guessing that’s where the headaches coming from. Prior before the poor muscle I haven’t ever had any problems with headaches. Any recommendations why it’s taking so long my neck keeps getting tight on the side where the muscle was pulled.

I bought a foam neck orthotic on Amazon and it’s just ok. Some days it feels real good and some days nothing.
