All depends on the asset you are trading on. Forex, SP perfect for entrieson daily, no need to go lower. Coffee for example best on 15mins becasue it’s not open 24/7 and so on…. Just know your asset, that’s the secret sauce

Yes absolutely....even if i follow 15mins chart, i still keep an eye on 1min and 3mins time frame for better entries.... 🥴🤟
