40 Minute Cardio & Abs Crusher Workout | STF 2023 - Day 7

Welcome to SUMMERTIME FINE 2023 - DAY 7! There are only 58 workouts left in our program!. All fitness levels are welcome for this workout and you don't need any equipment! SUBSCRIBE to the channel and share this workout when you're done!

This workout is next level challenging and you are ready for it! We are keeping the superset focus today in our cardio and abs focus and you will see 2 cardio exercises grouped together as for 2 rounds of one minute each followed by 2 ab exercises for 2 rounds of 1 minute each. I know this is a tough workout but I know it is scalable for all fitness levels as you can truly dial it up or dial it back when and if you need to. Work hard with me, you are going to be so proud of the way you feel when you’re done! No equipment needed so grab your sweat towel, sliders and jump rope are both optional.

3. Plank Slider crunches
4. Canoe sliders
5. Lateral Slides
6. Snowboard burpees
7. Leg raises
8. Reverse Crunches
9. Mountain Climbers standing
10. Kick, jab, cross
11. Side planks Left
12. Side Plank Right
13. Jump rope
14. V rope agility
15. Suitcases single knee in
16. Frog Sit Ups

1. Love the music for the Summertime Fine so far.

2. When you said to do burpees at the end and then took it back I laughed out loud at the gym

3. You yelling “don’t stop!!!!” During the side planks really helped! 😅

Day 7 complete! The thing I love about Sydney is not only the fact that she encourages you to keep going, but that she is struggling and breathing heavily with the rest of us. STF #7 done! At the very end I thought you said we’ll finish with 15 burpees and I was like what?!? But you said in our hands and knees as it was the cool down. Although if you told me I had to do 15 burpees at the end, I would have done it!
