Do you have back pain? Uneven hips? Is one leg longer than another one? 🙃
Instead of walking around all day saying “my uneven hips”, or “someone fix me”, take YOUR body into YOUR hands and fix yo sh!t already because there will never be anyone that understands or cares about your body as you do! 🫵
This is an intermediate/advanced exercise to align your hips with your muscles, which aligns your spine and removes the pressure off of the nerves and joints that cause pain. 💪 For more foundational exercises and programs, make sure to check out our app. Link in bio!!! 🔥
Here’s how to do it:
1. Sit on a bench high enough that your feet dangle and don’t touch the ground
2. Get yoga blocks under your hands
3. Find spinal alignment (don’t be all-rounded forward)
4. Tilt your right hip up to your right rib and hold for 5 seconds
5. Tilt your left hip up and hold for 5 seconds
Focus on feeling the difference side to side in your back - which side feels tighter or weaker? If you know which hip is already higher on you simply focus on tilting the opposite hip up to create strength in that side of your back. 👍
