I’m 14 and I just done this workout with my mother who is 48 and I love it! This is my new form of exercise, I wish this would come back trending, I love it so much! Works good no matter the age! She keeps telling me this we a big part of her teenage years and I love that I have this connection with her, I love this! Would recommend! ❤

Used to do this when I was in late teens to early to about 24 years old. Well I turned 54 this week so it's been about 30 years. Shocked at how much of it I could remember and I managed to get thru it so well happy with myself!

This was the only exercise routine I ever did with any consistency and for quite a while about 30 years ago. But I started slowly, just the warmup at first, then added the cool down at the end, then slowly added bits of the main part until I was doing the whole 50 plus minutes. Almost every day, sometimes twice just for fun. I had the VHS. It’s never been available on DVD, and once I found a really fuzzy video. Thrilled to find this. Now I have no excuses. 🥴😬

I remember this video. I was child working out with my momma. I loved it and thought it was so fun working out with my mom. I have this video as well on a DVD. We still talk about the workouts because Jane Fonda definitely worked us out lol. This video gives me added childhood, precious memories of my mother 💙🥰.

As a child of the 70s, I loved the 80s. Best decade in, imo. 💯👑

Mom did these kinds of exercise videos and yoga with Raquel Welch. My younger brothers and I would do the workouts with her (well, we thought we were, Lol).

Precious memories. Sigh. I miss those simpler times. 🥹

My mom had this VHS and used it to lose 50 pounds after she had my sister. I used to watch it when I was feeling lazy and not wanting to go to the gym. LOL

I'm 36. I used to do this with my mom as a toddler. Even when I was too young to walk, the music apparently made me very happy.
My Mom even swears that I used to kick in utero to this. Even now the music triggers an emotional response.

I did this workout religiously in the 1990s. I think one of the reasons it's one of the best is because the music (by "Joey Carbone") is so good.
