My best advice for anyone trying to lose weight
Limit added sugar, processed food and preservatives.
I don't really hear many talking about this but water. Our bodies are more than 50% water. Drink plenty of clean water, when i say clean i mean flouride free. Flouride is an endocrine disruptor, it is a neurotoxin. Reverse osmosis is the best when it comes to removing flouride from water.

But if we eat an unhealthy food late at night, will doing a half hour walk after that help to reverse some of that ? 😅
